Description Circular plate decorated in underglaze blue with four crests on the rim and a Chinese scene of a herdsman leading an ox on which sits a woman holding a branch with a bird around a tree.

The crest is of Garland of Michaelstowe Hall in Essex, and the service was probably was made for Nathaniel Garland.
