Object Name Cup, Coffee
Description This cup is part of a service made for the Worshipful Company of Poulterer's under Master of the Company John Balch, whose initials "J.H.B." are located on an extra crest. Two other services were also made for the company. The motto is, "Remember your oath."

The Poulterers' Company, a guild to regulate the price and sale of poultry, was incorporated in 1504 and received its Grant of Arms in 1634 by Sir Richard St. George, Clarenceux, of the College of Arms.
