Description Tea bowl decorated in polychrome enamels and gold, saucer with spearhead border at the inner rim; a scene of the Crucifixion on one side; and the Instruments of the Passion on the on the interior.

It was not uncommon for Chinese porcelain blanks to be exported to Europe and decorated there.
