Object Name Cup, Coffee
Description This cup is from a service made for a member of the Spottiswood family of Scotland. It is further decorated with the initials "B.S." While no one with those initials are known, during this period there was a Captain Robert Spottiswood who commanded the East Indiaman Lord Nelson, which was in China in 1800.
